2023 STAKE YOUTH CALENDAR
The Stake Youth Calendar is officially ready! We are so excited that you will be able to use this in your ward activity planning for the year. You can find all of the year’s event dates on the Website Homepage, Website Navigation, LDS Tools Calendar and you will also find a post with more information and a Printable calendar here:
EVENT RSVP SIGNUPS OPEN
This was another request we found in the questionnaire! Youth can now add their name to a public RSVP list if they plan to attend an event. This will be fun and help the youth from various wards see who will be attending events. There is strength in numbers and we’ve heard that youth are excited to see who will be attending from other wards and that it will help encourage them to go! This feature will also help us with rough headcounts for upcoming events. Try it out with the upcoming events below…

All youth turning 14+ who would like to attend Trek can now RSVP to the event! This will help us with a headcount as we begin planning and allow other youth to see who will be attending! STAKE TEMPLE TRIP SIGNUPS OPEN
We have made the decision to try something new after the feedback received! On the Stake Youth Calendar you will see that we have three Stake Temple Trips Scheduled for this year! Instead of assigning wards a specific session time, we’ve decided to allow you to signup for your own session time as either an individual, a family or as leaders and youth.
The first Temple Trip is scheduled for Saturday, May 6th which has 3 session times to choose from. Each session allows up to 16 youth who can be baptized. You will be able to see who is attending each session and how many spots are still available. If we do not see people signing up by April then we will go back to stake ward assignments.
We believe it will be fun to see new faces from around the stake at these Stake Temple Trips and that youth will be able to see or attend with their friends from other wards. We also know that this may allow more people to attend if you can choose your session time. This will mean that some planning ahead would need to happen, families or ward youth councils will need to discuss your individual ward needs and find out if there are any youth who need help getting there in order to coordinate your session time and signup whoever may be attending with you. Give it a try by clicking your session time below and then send the link to others and encourage them to attend with you! You will also find an easy to find session signup links in the main navigation bar of the website.
